PRIMAL FEAR Extend Contract With NUCLEAR BLAST
March 16, 2005German power metallers PRIMAL FEAR have posted the following message on their official web site:
"Short before the start of the recordings for our new album, we can proudly annouce that we have extended our contract with Nuclear Blast for another five albums plus one DVD and one live CD. We're very happy with the work of Nuclear Blast and their support all over the years!
"We will have a band meeting next Saturday. We've collected around 20 songs and we will decide which 12 songs will finally record for the new, as-yet-untitled album. Charlie Bauerfeind [producer] will travel from Tenerife to Germany in the beginning of April and we will set up the gear and rock the House Of Music [studio]. The deal with Mike Fraser [DEF LEPPARD, METALLICA, AC/DC, AEROSMITH] to mix the album is signed & sealed. We will mix the album at the Warehouse Studio in mid-May. We're in contact with some more open air festivals in Italy, Poland, Spain and Germany, plus shows in Russia and Japan."
